How many guests can you cater for?

We cater for intimate dinners of four right through to large private events of 300 or more. Whether it's a dinner party for six or a milestone celebration for 150, we tailor the service, menu, and staffing to your exact guest count.

Can I choose my own menu?

Yes — every menu is built around you. We start with a consultation to understand your tastes, dietary needs, and occasion, then propose a bespoke menu. You can request changes until it's exactly what you want.

Do you provide waiting staff and kitchen assistants?

Yes. Depending on your event size and style, we can provide fully uniformed waiting staff, kitchen assistants, and a front-of-house team. We handle everything so you can be present as a guest.

What happens to the kitchen after the event?

We leave your kitchen completely spotless — every surface cleaned, dishes washed, and waste removed. Most clients tell us you would never know we had been there.

How do I book a private chef for my event?

What areas of South Africa do you serve?

For private events and villa chef bookings, we recommend enquiring at least two to four weeks in advance. Wedding bookings ideally four to six months ahead. Villa stocking orders should be placed 48–72 hours before your arrival date. That said, we do accept last-minute requests subject to availability — reach out and we will always try to make it work.

Absolutely — and without compromise. Every menu is designed around your specific requirements from the outset, whether that includes allergies, intolerances, vegan, vegetarian, halaal, kosher, or any other needs. There is no additional charge for this.

It starts with a conversation. Once you enquire, we follow up within 24 hours to understand your vision, your dates, your guests, and your tastes. From there we propose a bespoke menu and service plan that we refine together until everything is exactly right. No generic packages, no guesswork.

Can I combine services — for example villa stocking and a private chef during my stay?

Yes, and many of our clients do exactly this. We can stock your villa before arrival and provide a private chef for some or all of your meals during your stay — creating a completely seamless, end-to-end culinary experience from the moment you arrive.
